Three generations of building North Alabama
Stutts Corporation, Inc. is a small, family-owned general and electrical contractor founded in 1967 by James F. Stutts, Sr.
We serve North Alabama and surrounding areas and specialize in office-space renovations, both large and small. We are a family-owned and -operated business with three generations working in the company.
We support continuing education for our employees and participate in our local apprenticeship program — we believe well-educated, well-trained tradesmen provide professional workmanship. That commitment shows: our team has produced a journeyman electrician through the North Alabama Craft Training Foundation, and one of our apprentices, Jacob Tyler, was named the 2025 Alabama Office of Apprenticeship Region 1 Apprentice of the Year.
We are members of the BBB, ABC, and HMCBA, are CCR/SAM registered, and are classified as a small-business interest. Safety is central to how we work — we participate in ABC’s Safety Training & Evaluation Process (STEP) at the Platinum level.
